Dutch Bros to convert Salad And Go drive-thru sites in Arizona and Nevada into coffee shops

Boersma Bros LLC, tied to Dutch Bros Coffee founders, agreed to buy Salad And Go’s assets for $105 million in U.S. Bankruptcy Court filings. Dutch Bros will take over Salad And Go’s leases and equipment at AZ and NV drive-thru locations and convert them to coffee shops, with a $10 million deposit already paid and the rest due at closing. About 70 Salad And Go locations in Arizona and Nevada are set to close as the chain winds down, marking a rapid expansion move for Dutch Bros across the Southwest.
