Google Co-Founder Sergey Brin's Quiet Divorce Amid Affair Allegations

Google cofounder Sergey Brin quietly finalized his divorce from Nicole Shanahan in May 2022, following allegations of an affair between Shanahan and Elon Musk. Brin filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who had been married for three years, agreed to split legal and physical custody of their daughter, as well as settle financial matters through confidential arbitration. Both Shanahan and Musk have denied the affair. Brin had attempted to seal the divorce documents, but the request was rejected by a judge.
