College student raped, debit card used at Waffle House

A man has been arrested and charged with aggravated rape, kidnapping, and credit card fraud after he and another man allegedly raped a Western Kentucky University student in Nashville and used her debit card at a Waffle House. The victim reported being drugged and having her memory become foggy before being repeatedly raped by the suspects. The suspects also withdrew money from her bank account and used her debit card at various locations. The other suspect has not been identified or arrested.
