Elizabeth Holmes, founder of Theranos, is facing a ruling on how much restitution she must pay her victims after defrauding investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars. Holmes was sentenced to 11 years in prison and is scheduled to report next month. Prosecutors are asking for nearly $900 million in restitution. Holmes recently gave birth to her second child and is arguing that she should be allowed to delay reporting to prison while appealing her conviction. Meanwhile, her co-conspirator and ex-boyfriend, Sunny Balwani, was sentenced to nearly 13 years but has not yet reported to prison due to a last-minute appeal.
