Elizabeth Holmes to Report to Prison and Pay Restitution After Legal Challenges Denied.

Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos, has been ordered to report to the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, to serve her over 11-year sentence for defrauding investors in her blood-testing start-up. The facility is a minimum-security women's prison that houses more than 500 inmates, most of whom are serving time for non-violent offences and white-collar crimes. Inmates are expected to work and participate in extracurricular programmes, and Holmes could take classes on business skills and foreign languages, watch television, play sports, and go to religious services. She will be allotted an hour for each meal and could speak to her family via video calls.
