A 60-year-old woman from Philadelphia, Dulce Huertas, has been charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault, and indecent exposure after allegedly threatening to urinate on a Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia. Huertas, who had been served two alcoholic drinks during the flight, became aggressive and cursed at passengers and flight attendants. She then attempted to access the bathroom, pulled down her pants and underwear, and threatened to urinate in the aisle before continuing to curse and threaten other passengers. If convicted, she faces a maximum possible sentence of 21 years and three months in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine.
