Irwindale Cycles, a family-owned business in L.A. County, is on the verge of closing down after nearly $40,000 worth of bikes and inventory were stolen during a recent break-in. The owners, Walter and Norma, have been active in supporting the local cycling community for years. A GoFundMe has been set up to help them recover their losses, and a woman was able to capture pictures of the alleged robbers with the stolen bikes on a train before they exited in Pasadena. Organizers are planning a group bike ride to show support, but a date has not been set yet.
