Shocking Video: Mom Assaults Kroger Store Clerk in Front of 1-Year-Old Daughter

A 20-year-old Michigan mother has been charged with assault after punching a grocery store clerk in front of her 1-year-old daughter at a Kroger store in St. Clair Shores. The incident was caught on surveillance video, showing the clerk being knocked unconscious and suffering a head injury. The altercation occurred after the mother's electronic benefits transfer card did not have enough money to cover her purchases, and she became upset when the clerk couldn't immediately help her.
