Michelle Mack, a suburban mom in California, has been charged with running an organized crime ring that stole nearly $8 million worth of makeup from various retailers and resold it online. She allegedly orchestrated the thefts from her $2.75 million mansion, employing as many as 12 women to carry out the thefts across multiple states. Authorities recovered thousands of stolen items from her property and filed 140 felony charges against her, her husband, and seven others. The group targeted retailers like Ulta, Sephora, and Macy's, and sold the stolen goods on Amazon.
