Upstate Man Arrested for Multiple Shootings and Carjacking Spree.

A man, identified as Rodney L. Brownlee, was arrested by the Spartanburg Police Department after multiple shooting incidents and a carjacking in the west side of the city. The suspect fired several rounds through the back door of an apartment, shot a driver in a Jack in the Box drive-thru, and attempted to carjack another vehicle at a gas station. Brownlee was found hiding in a cooler at a Circle K Gas Station and was taken into custody while under the influence of narcotics.
