Woman Sentenced to Fast-Food Job for Assaulting Chipotle Worker

A woman who threw a bowl of hot food at a Chipotle worker has been sentenced to one month in jail and two months working in a fast-food job. Rosemary Hayne, the woman responsible for the assault, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and was given the choice between jail time or working in fast food. The judge believed that the sentence would teach her how to treat people. Hayne has yet to find a job, and her attorney stated that she is genuinely remorseful for her actions. In addition to the sentence, she will have to pay a fine, be on probation for two years, and was criticized by the judge for still complaining about the food during the hearing.
