Map Shows 12,036 Pounds of Recalled Canadian Bacon in Three States

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s FSIS issued a recall of 12,036 pounds of not-ready-to-eat smoked bacon imported from Canada after it did not receive import reinspection. The affected Maple Leaf Foods products—Royale Natural Applewood Smoked ALL NATURAL Uncured Bacon and TOP VALU Uncured Hardwood Smoked Bacon—were distributed to Grocery Outlet distributors in Idaho, Oregon and Washington. There have been no reported illnesses. Consumers should discard the recalled bacon or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. The recall notice was issued July 24, 2026; sell-by dates include Sept. 1–Sept. 7, 2026, and production dates range from June 9–June 15, 2026.
