NatureBest jalapeño recall prompts H-E-B removal of affected items amid Salmonella outbreak

NatureBest Precut & Produce LLC is voluntarily recalling jalapeño-containing products because jalapeño peppers supplied by Coast Citrus Distributors may be linked to a multistate Salmonella Javiana outbreak. Affected products were distributed to Texas and Louisiana from July 3 to August 5, 2026 and have been removed from H-E-B shelves; other H-E-B products are not affected.
