Florida Resident Wins Record-Breaking $1.58 Billion Mega Millions Jackpot

A single ticket sold at a Publix grocery store in Neptune Beach, Florida, has won the $1.58 billion Mega Millions jackpot, ending a four-month stretch without a winner. The winning numbers drawn were 13, 19, 20, 32, 33, and the yellow ball 14. Tickets matching five of the six winning numbers were also sold in California, Texas, western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The jackpot, the third-largest in U.S. history, can be claimed as a lump sum of $783.3 million or as an annuity over 30 years.
