Ken Griffin Praises Nikki Haley as a GOP Rockstar

Billionaire Citadel founder Ken Griffin, who has been searching for an alternative to former President Donald Trump, called former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley "a rockstar" at the Robin Hood conference in New York. Griffin criticized the policy decisions of his previous favorite candidate, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and stated that DeSantis needs to win Iowa to have a chance. Griffin also expressed belief in the possibility of a candidate other than Trump or President Joe Biden winning the 2024 election. Additionally, he discussed market risks and advocated for increased active management and support for the hedge fund community.
