Manhattan Rent Hits Record High Ahead of Busy Season.

Manhattan apartment rents have reached a record high of $4,175 per month in March, even before the busiest season for the market. This is up $25 from the previous peak in July and almost 13% more than a year ago, as landlords test renters' limits.
