Phoenix remains a popular choice for those moving from California, although housing affordability has decreased in recent years. San Antonio, on the other hand, has maintained its affordability compared to other cities in Texas. Realtors believe that Las Vegas is poised to become the next big destination, with some even dubbing it the "new LA."
