Jed Ayres Joins ControlUp as CEO, Fueling Digital Employee Experience Market Growth

Former IGEL CEO Jed Ayres has been appointed as the new CEO of ControlUp, a digital employee experience software platform maker. Ayres plans to leverage his relationships with solution providers to drive explosive annual recurring revenue software growth at ControlUp, with a focus on making it a channel-led company. He aims to triple the company's annual recurring revenue over the next two years. Ayres also sees an opportunity for ControlUp to become the definitive leader in the Digital Experience category. To support the channel charge, Ayres has hired former Citrix Senior Vice President Tom Holland as Chief Revenue Officer. ControlUp co-founder and CEO Asaf Ganot believes Ayres is the right executive to scale the company for a potential IPO.
