A couple from New Zealand is demanding a refund of their airfare from Singapore Airlines after enduring a 13-hour flight seated next to a dog that was slobbering, farting, and whining. Despite requesting a seat change, the couple was informed that only seats at the rear of the economy class were available. The dog's presence became unbearable as it encroached on the husband's legroom and caused saliva to drip onto his leg.
