Suno unveils its first AI music model with record-industry backing

Suno’s v6 is its first AI music model made with record-industry partners Warner Music Group, BMG, and Believe, plus user data, and is released in three variants (v6, v6-wild, v6-mini) with new editing and cross-element mixing capabilities. It shows improved genre understanding but still can’t reproduce the natural imperfections of human music; training data includes licensed content and user data, raising questions about content provenance. The rollout begins today.
