TL;DR

Reality TV star Brittany Cartwright obtained a domestic violence temporary restraining order against estranged husband Jax Taylor in Los Angeles, alleging threats to her life and violent behavior, coercive control, financial and emotional abuse, and unauthorized access to her devices. A judge ordered Taylor to stay 100 yards away from Cartwright and their 5-year-old son Cruz, while Cartwright’s bid for sole custody was denied for now amid ongoing custody proceedings.
