A$AP Rocky, who pleaded not guilty, is facing up to eight years in jail if convicted on two felony counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm. Surveillance footage presented by the prosecution showed the rapper holding a gun, but no weapon was recovered. The incident allegedly occurred during a confrontation in November 2021, leaving the friend with minor injuries. A$AP Rocky's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, is also representing former President Donald Trump in a separate criminal case.
