Benedict Cumberbatch's Home Threatened by Knife-Wielding Chef

A chef named Jack Bissell attacked the London home of actor Benedict Cumberbatch, kicking through an iron gate and dislodging the intercom with a fish knife while yelling that he hoped the home would burn down. Bissell was arrested after DNA evidence from the intercom was found. He pleaded guilty to criminal damage and received a restraining order and a fine. Cumberbatch and his family have reportedly been left terrified and have had many sleepless nights since the attack.
