California prison stabbing claims life of rapper MoneySign Suede.

Los Angeles rapper MoneySign Suede, real name Jaime Brugada Valdez, was fatally stabbed in a shower at a California prison. The 22-year-old had been attacked in prison before. Officials confirmed an investigation is underway by the prison’s Investigative Services Unit and the Monterey County district attorney’s office. Valdez was serving a 32-month sentence for a pair of gun charges in Riverside County. He surrendered in December and was eventually sent to state prison in Soledad.
