Danny Masterson's Ex-Girlfriend Testifies About Rape in Relationship.

A former girlfriend of actor Danny Masterson testified that he raped her in their bed in November of 2001, after years of abuse and control in their relationship. Masterson is being retried on three counts of rape after the jury at his first trial was deadlocked on all three counts. Masterson's former girlfriend reported the alleged rape to the ethics officer at the Church of Scientology, who told her not to use the word "rape" or report Masterson to the police. Masterson has pleaded not guilty and his attorneys have denied all of the allegations.
