Danny Masterson's Rape Retrial Begins with Ex's Testimony.

A former girlfriend of actor Danny Masterson testified in court that he raped her in their bed in November of 2001, after a five-year relationship that had grown increasingly abusive and controlling. Masterson is being retried on three counts of rape after the jury at his first trial was deadlocked on all three counts. Masterson, who has pleaded not guilty, could get 45 years in prison if convicted of all three counts. The woman testified that Masterson had established "rules" that no one touch his hair or his face, and that she had previously heeded them.
