Danny Masterson's Retrial: Ex-Girlfriend Shares Disturbing Testimony.

Opening arguments have begun in the retrial of actor Danny Masterson, who is accused of raping three women in the early 2000s. The first trial ended in a hung jury in November. Masterson has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty. The charges in the retrial are the same as in the first trial, but the judge has allowed prosecutors to tell jurors directly that Masterson had drugged his three accusers. The case involves accusations by two of the women that the Church of Scientology, to which they and Masterson belonged, discouraged them from reporting the rapes to law enforcement. Masterson could face 45 years to life in prison if convicted.
