Prosecutor Accuses Actor Danny Masterson of Drugging and Raping Women

Actor Danny Masterson is on trial for allegedly drugging and raping three women at his Hollywood home between 2001 and 2003. Masterson has pleaded not guilty, and his lawyers have denied any of the assaults took place. The women, who are former members of the Church of Scientology, did not immediately go to authorities because they were told not to by officials in the church. Masterson is a prominent member of the church. The trial is a retrial after a mistrial was declared on all three counts at the end of Masterson's first trial in November.
