'Rust' Producers Accused of Obstructing Investigation into Cinematographer's Death

Prosecutors in the investigation of the Rust shooting have accused the producers of the film of obstructing the investigation and cutting corners, alleging that their actions contributed to the tragedy. While Alec Baldwin has not been charged again, the special prosecutor is seeking documents related to the film to shed light on Baldwin's role and knowledge. Rust Productions argued against turning over the documents, stating that the charges have been dismissed and the records are not relevant to the case against armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who is currently the only one charged. The case is scheduled to go to trial in February.
