Tory Lanez's Motion for New Trial Denied by Judge.

Rapper Tory Lanez has been found guilty of shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the feet in the summer of 2020. Lanez was convicted of three felony charges: assault with a semi-automatic handgun; carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle; and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. Lanez faces more than 20 years in prison and potential deportation. Throughout the course of the trial and leading up to it, Lanez adamantly denied the allegations against him and pleaded not guilty.
