Ed Harris says his role on the Yellowstone spinoff Dutton Ranch was misrepresented and underdeveloped. He was told he’d be among four main characters, but felt inconsequential during Season 1 and even urged his team to get him out. Harris recalled a bar-scene singing moment that was cut and said producers indicated his character would have more to do in Season 2. He remains under contract for two seasons; reps did not immediately comment.
