Rihanna to voice Smurfette in upcoming movie.

Rihanna announced at CinemaCon in Las Vegas that she will voice Smurfette in Paramount's upcoming The Smurfs Movie, as well as produce, write, and record original songs for the film. The singer, who is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, confirmed she was in the third trimester of her pregnancy. Rihanna has previously done voice acting in DreamWorks' Home and has starred in other movie projects. She has also been working on new music and the possibility of a new album. The Smurfs Movie is slated to release in theaters in February 2025.
