TL;DR

CBS has cancelled the TV series True Lies, based on the 1994 blockbuster movie of the same name, after just one season due to low audience ratings. The show revolved around a suburban housewife who discovers her husband is secretly a skilled international spy. The cancellation follows a trend of popular shows being axed, including Young Wallander on Netflix, which has left fans disappointed.
