SNL Cuts Ties With Veteran Music Booker After Three-Decade Run

The Hollywood Reporter reports that SNL’s longtime music booker Brian Siedlecki is departing after nearly 30 years with the show, having started as an intern in 1996 and helping book major acts from Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen to Olivia Rodrigo. Siedlecki’s contract was not renewed; two other bookers, Keri Powers and Rebecca Schwartz, remain. NBC did not comment on staffing, and SNL is set to return for its 52nd season on Sept. 26, shortly after Chloe Fineman’s recent departure.
