Meghan Markle’s The Gentlemen Talk: A Nascent Idea, Not a Deal Yet
TL;DR
Meghan Markle’s rumored involvement in Guy Ritchie’s Netflix series The Gentlemen sparked a flurry of headlines ahead of the Season 2 launch, but Variety reports the notion was an early, nascent concept floated during brainstorming with no contracts in place; reports of an offer or backlash-driven withdrawal aren’t confirmed, and while a role isn’t entirely ruled out if writers want to pursue it, nothing has been finalized. Season 3 is in pre-production with a 2028-approximate release window, and Netflix is currently focused on pushing Season 2, though the Duchess’ name continues to generate publicity for the show.
