"Marvel Rivals: The Ultimate Hero Shooter Showdown"

Marvel Games and NetEase have announced Marvel Rivals, a free-to-play third-person 6v6 team-based shooter featuring characters from the Marvel Multiverse. The game will have seasonal updates introducing new heroes, villains, maps, and challenges, with an initial roster of about a dozen characters including Spider-Man, Black Panther, Magneto, and more. The alpha launch is set for May on PC, with no word on a console release, and another Marvel game titled Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is also in the works for next year.
