Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended the opening of the Warrior Fitness Program West Coast Facility in San Diego, a state-of-the-art center aimed at helping Navy SEALs and veterans recover mentally and physically from injuries and trauma. The facility features advanced technology, equipment, and personnel, and is expected to more than double the number of service members in the program. The Warrior Fitness Program focuses on holistic rehabilitation, including physical and mental recalibration, nutrition, sleep, and societal reconnection. The royal couple also visited active-duty military and their families at Camp Pendleton.
