Reviving Sexual Abuse Cases Against Michael Jackson's Estate: Court Documents Reveal

Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing them as children, can revive their dismissed lawsuits against Jackson's estate, according to a court opinion. California's Second District Court of Appeal ruled that a corporation owned by the perpetrator of abuse cannot be excused from its duty to protect children. Robson and Safechuck allege that Jackson's abuse escalated over several years, and they are seeking damages from two entertainment companies owned by Jackson. The cases will now go back to trial. The estate's attorney expressed disappointment with the decision, while the plaintiffs' lawyer welcomed the ruling.
