The hearing will also address objections to an evidence tampering charge against Gutierrez-Reed and whether a witness's name can be shielded from public disclosure. Prosecutors dropped the involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin in April. Gutierrez-Reed faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
