Kevin Spacey, the two-time Academy Award-winning actor, has begun his trial on multiple charges of sexual assault in a London courtroom. The charges, involving four men and spanning from 2001 to 2013, include multiple counts of sexual assault and one charge of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without their consent.
