King Charles' Coronation to Feature Gospel Choir and Diverse Musical Lineup

King Charles III's coronation at Westminster Abbey will feature a performance by a gospel choir, marking a British coronation first. British composer Debbie Wiseman has been invited to write two new pieces for the occasion, one of which was revised to include a gospel choir at the King's request. The first piece will be performed by the Westminster Abbey Choir and organist, while the second will be performed by the Ascension Choir. Debbie highlighted that the King shaped the programme himself to his own personal taste, showcasing the UK music industry.
