Osbourne expressed his disappointment but assured fans that a replacement band, to be announced soon, will not disappoint. The festival, featuring rock acts like Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Metallica, and Tool, will take place from October 6-8 in Indio, California.
