Rock Hall 2023 Inductees: Willie Nelson, Missy Elliott, Kate Bush, and More.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will induct Missy Elliott, its first female rapper, as well as Willie Nelson and several other performers in its 38th class. The ceremony will take place in November and will also honor Clive “DJ Kool Herc” Campbell, who is credited with inventing hip-hop. Elliott was voted into the Hall as soon as she became eligible, 25 years after the release of her debut album. Nelson, who recently celebrated his 90th birthday, performed a star-studded concert just days before his induction was announced.
