"The Beatles' Final Song: A Decades-Long Journey Revealed"

An artificial intelligence-assisted release of the last "new" Beatles song, titled "Now And Then," is set to come out on Thursday. The track, part of a single paired with "Love Me Do," was created using unreleased demos written by John Lennon, with contributions from Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison. Director Peter Jackson used AI to separate Lennon's original vocals from a piano track, allowing McCartney and Starr to complete the song. The single also features guitar recordings by Harrison, a new drum part by Starr, and backing vocals from original Beatles recordings. A 12-minute film about the recording process will be released, along with expanded versions of Beatles compilations.
