"Brooklyn Bishop Takes Action Against Pastor for Allowing Pop Star's Church Music Video"

The Diocese of Brooklyn has announced that the pastor who allowed a pop star to film a lewd music video in a church no longer has administrative oversight over the parish. Bishop Robert Brennan celebrated a Mass of reparation to restore the sanctity of the church, following the release of the controversial video. The diocese appointed a temporary administrator for the parish and removed the pastor from his role as Vicar for Development. The bishop will conduct an administrative review to investigate how the video was allowed to take place.
