WWE reported record-breaking revenue and higher second-quarter earnings, driven by the success of WrestleMania, increased viewership, and strong ticket sales. The event broke various records, including gate revenue exceeding $21.6 million and sponsorship revenue surpassing $20 million. WWE's premium live events set global viewership records, with year-over-year increases of 29%, 34%, and 45% for WrestleMania, Backlash, and Night of Champions, respectively. Viewership for flagship programs SmackDown and Raw also saw significant increases, outperforming overall broadcast and cable television.
