Former WWE wrestler Sara Lee's death ruled a suicide.

Former WWE wrestler Sara Lee's death has been ruled a suicide by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office. Lee, who won the "Tough Enough" reality series in 2015, died from a lethal cocktail of alcohol and pills. She was found to have amphetamines and doxylamine in her system at the time of her death. Lee performed in NXT for nearly a year before being released in 2016. She was 30 years old.
