Cher Horowitz Reimagined as a Mom Boss in Clueless Sequel Series on Paramount+

Paramount+ is moving forward with a Clueless sequel series that brings Alicia Silverstone back as Cher Horowitz, now a successful business owner and mother, 30 years after the film. The show is written and executive produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage (The O.C. and Gossip Girl) with Jordan Weiss, and executive produced by Silverstone, Amy Heckerling, and Robert Lawrence. Filming will take place in Los Angeles, revisiting Cher’s world as her daughter enters high school. The project has shuffled from Peacock’s development to Paramount+, and remains part of the streamer’s expanding slate of original series.
