Creative Arts Emmys Night One: Winners Roll In Ahead of Primetime

Night One of the 2026 Creative Arts Emmys wrapped up at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, presenting more than 100 prizes across below-the-line categories ahead of the Primetime Emmys. The two-night event features non-televised ceremonies with early wins in writing (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Muppet Show), casting, choreography, cinematography, lighting, makeup and more. Notable moments include Netflix’s Love On The Spectrum winning Casting for a Reality Program, The Traitors sweeping multiple categories including cinematography and directing for a reality program, and The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny earning top honors in choreography/production-design-related categories. The Pitt leads nominations with 25, Hacks with 24. Winners will continue to be announced on Sunday as the Emmys move toward the Primetime ceremony.
