Gorilla Grodd Mockumentary Lands on HBO Max with Gisondo and Tatro

HBO Max is moving forward with an eight-episode mockumentary, The People v. Gorilla Grodd, starring Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen and Jimmy Tatro as Gorilla Grodd. From American Vandal creators Tony Yacenda and Dan Perrault, the true-crime–style series follows Olsen reopening the case to see if the superintelligent ape Grodd was wrongly convicted, with a DC-driven ensemble and executive producers including James Gunn and Peter Safran.
